About Dr Mark Lloyd
Mark is a Consultant Urologist with 20 years of experience in Urological Surgery.
He graduated form the University of Adelaide in 1990 and has completed surgical training in Urology in Adelaide in 2000.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and member of the Urological Society of Australasia and has been a board member of that organisation. In his current position he is a teacher & mentor for local and overseas trainees and surgeons. He is also a member of the European Association of Urology and the Urological Association of Asia. He undertook overseas training in laparoscopic and robotic urological surgery - these together with laser surgery for stones and prostatic surgery are his areas of interest. He also has an interest in functional urology, voiding dysfunction & urinary incontinence.
He is a senior lecturer with the university of Adelaide.
He works at Ashford Hospital and The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Central Adelaide Local Health Network , Burnside Hospital Tennyson Day Surgery and Mount Gambier.
